    Zoë Ihaza (she/they) is a Black LGBT(Q)+ Caucus Leader at Lighthouse Foundation, where she facilitates meaningful discussions on current events, cultural relevance, and gender diversity. Hailing from the south suburbs of Chicago, Zoë graduated from DePaul University with a combined bachelor's and master's degree in Public Relations and Advertising and is currently pursuing a PhD with a focus on gender studies, education, and related areas of interest. With a background as a community manager at a top global advertising agency, they have worked with prominent clients like vitaminwater® and Michelin. Zoë is also the founder of Zoë Ihaza Media, LLC, a social media management business. With an ability to speak six languages, Zoë brings a diverse and global perspective to her work at Lighthouse Foundation.
