BQEI-Participating Organizations
The Black Queer Equity Index improves organizational inequity by publishing an annual report card and offering actionable interventions. We use a consensus organizing model that builds on existing partnerships to deepen relationships between and across LGBTQ+ institutions in Chicago, center Black LGBTQ+ leadership, and engage in sustained reparative work over time.
