Senior Manager of Operations

Shannon Meredith (she/her) is the Senior Manager of Operations at Lighthouse Foundation. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she now resides in Lincolnwood, IL. Shannon holds a BS in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace University and an MA in Cultural Studies from the University of Limerick, along with a Cambridge CELTA accreditation. Since joining Lighthouse Foundation in January 2024, she has overseen the financial, operational, and development efforts. Her expertise includes program management, accounting, bookkeeping, fundraising, and grant writing. Shannon is proud of her ability to teach and fundraise effectively, with notable achievements like raising $5,000 for a small animal shelter in South Korea. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, baking, and home brewing.
