Paulo Colby (he/him), a Black LGBT(Q)+ Caucus Leader and co-lead of Lighthouse Foundation's Black Wellness Tribe, brings nearly a decade of experience in client relations and programmatic design to his role. Originally from Detroit and now residing in Chicago's Fulton Market, he leverages his expertise as a personal trainer and health coach to implement impactful wellness initiatives that enhance the personal well-being of the communities he serves. His journey, marked by overcoming significant personal challenges, fuels his passion for expanding his influence within the health and fitness community. Through diverse communication methods, Paulo fosters a culture of peace and personal well-being, drawing on his deep connection to nature and the world around him as grounding forces.
