Manager of Organizing

Marcus Payne II (he/him) is the Manager of Organizing at Lighthouse Foundation. Hailing from Lynwood, IL, and currently residing in Evanston, Marcus holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Biblical and Theological Studies and Youth Ministry from North Park University. Since joining Lighthouse Foundation in August 2020, he has played a pivotal role in connecting individuals to the organization, managing relationships with funders, and coordinating the CARE project. Marcus brings extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with a background in public speaking and organizing diverse groups. He is also a pastor at Lighthouse Church Chicago.
