Join us for September's Coalition of Accomplices for Racial Equity (CARE) Connect as we dive into Part 2 of our discussion on LGBTQ+-affirming spirituality. In this session, our guest speaker will guide us through deeper conversations on integrating spirituality and identity, focusing on how these practices can offer healing and support for LGBTQ+ individuals. Light refreshments will be included!
We’re excited to welcome back Johndalyn Armstrong (Jae) as our guest speaker! Jae is a mental health coach and healer, integrating spiritual and healing practices into her work. With a master's in Counseling Psychology and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Jae founded The Hope and Healing Salon, where she offers consultancy and coaching services. She brings a wealth of knowledge in mental health rehabilitation, identity support, and spirituality. As an eclectic spiritualist incorporating Buddhist philosophies, Jae’s commitment to social justice and culturally competent mental health care shines through her work.
Whether you attended the first session or are new to the conversation, this event at Sip and Savor is an opportunity for growth, connection, and discussion of how we can create LGBTQ+-affirming spiritual spaces.
