At the happy hour, we will disclose how five Chicago nonprofits score in serving their Black LGBTQ+ employees and board members. The BQEI grades, meticulously crafted based on five crucial categories—Resource Allocation, Giving Voice and Power, Professional Development, Systemic Action, and Data Collection — will spotlight the commitment and impact of these organizations and address opportunities for growth.

This event isn't just about unveiling grades; it's a celebration of collective progress, collaboration, and commitment to creating workplaces that uplift and empower Black LGBTQ+ people.
