What does Black LGBTQ+ equity look like at nonprofits? Lighthouse Foundation has the answers. On Thursday, November 2, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM, we’re bringing together folks involved with the work of the Black Queer Equity Index for connection, networking, and free drinks as we discuss what Black LGBTQ+ employees and board members need to thrive in their nonprofit organizations. 

For the past two and a half years, our Black Queer Equity Index has been working to compile data on what equity looks like in the nonprofit sector. At the happy hour, we’ll share the official BQEI rubric that will provide 12 indicators of Black Queer equity that best positions organizations to serve their entire workforce and the community better. This event celebrates all the people, partnerships, and intra-sector collaboration that the BQEI continues to spark!
