Our Coalition of Accomplices for Racial Equity is comprised of both individuals and the following organizations who have committed to supporting Black LGBTQ+ liberation by building community and doing justice.

LFEI-Participating Organizations
The Lighthouse Foundation Equity Index improves organizational inequity by publishing an annual report card and offering actionable interventions. We use a consensus organizing model that builds on existing partnerships to deepen relationships between and across LGBTQ+ institutions in Chicago, center Black LGBTQ+ leadership, and engage in sustained reparative work over time.
In addition to ongoing evaluation of LFEI-participating organizations, Lighthouse Foundation engages in direct consultations with organizations. As these BQEI sessions expand, we will offer the sessions as a fee-for-service to organizations outside of the LFEI process, providing an opportunity for them to engage in the evaluation with each new cycle.
